Frequently asked questions
Does my phone need to stay on all the time?
No. WhatsApp connects the same way as WhatsApp Web. Your phone can be offline, and the system keeps working.
Can I still message from my phone?
Yes. Your phone works as before, and messages appear in both places.
How is GetInbox different from the WhatsApp Business app?
The WhatsApp Business app is designed for one or two people. In GetInbox, your whole team works at the same time with roles and permissions, and bots, broadcasts, the sales board and the Bitrix24 connection are all in one system.
Can I connect several WhatsApp numbers?
Yes. Each connected channel is billed separately, and all of them appear in the same inbox.
Can my number get blocked?
With regular WhatsApp there is always a risk when you message strangers in bulk. The system reduces it with gradual limits and pauses, and the official WhatsApp Business API rules the risk out entirely.
Does it work with Bitrix24?
Yes, with both the cloud and on-premise editions. Messages, photos and files go to Bitrix24 Open Channels, and operators can reply directly from Bitrix24.
