Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the GetInbox service (the “Service”) and its website. The Service is provided by MachTech (“we”, “us”). By registering for or using the Service, you (the company and the users acting on its behalf, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets a company connect its communication channels (WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business Platform, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok and others) in one interface, receive and send messages, work as a team, integrate with Bitrix24 and other systems, and use automation tools. The available features depend on the selected plan.

2. Account and access

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your users’ actions, keeping passwords confidential and configuring employee access.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• The Service is intended for businesses. Users must be at least 18 years old.

3. Trial, payment and refunds

New accounts may receive a free trial. After the trial the Service is paid according to the selected plan and the number of connected channels. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are described in the Payment & Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and message only people for whom you have a legal basis (such as consent);
• comply with the rules of the connected platforms, including the terms of service and commercial messaging policies of WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram and TikTok;
• not distribute unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or malware;
• not attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent its limits or access other companies’ data;
• comply with the laws of the Republic of Armenia and of the country where you operate.

5. Third-party platforms

Channels work through third-party services (Meta, Telegram, TikTok, Bitrix24 and others), whose terms also apply when you use them. These platforms may restrict, suspend or change their services — for example, block a number or account, impose reply windows or regional restrictions. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties or the unavailability of their services, but we will help you resolve issues.

6. Your data

Messages, contacts and files transmitted through the Service belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a legal basis to process your clients’ data.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and trademark belong to us. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Copying or reselling the Service and reverse engineering its code are prohibited.

8. Availability and support

We strive to keep the Service running without interruption but do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable during planned maintenance, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our control. Support is available through the contacts below.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the last 3 months.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, breach of these Terms or where required by law, with prior notice where possible. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
